Artelia Airports Hong Kong, part of Artelia, is seeking a Project Engineer - Airport Planning to support airport development studies and strategic planning across regional projects.

You will conduct planning analyses, support capacity assessments, and collaborate with architects and clients to define feasible airport solutions. Strong data handling, English proficiency and willingness to travel are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Capable to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Eager to learn with strong interest for the airport industry.
• Conversant with ICAO/IATA regulation; a plus.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with data handling.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Mandarin or other Asian languages preferred.
• Experience in Traffic forecasting, Financial analysis, or Flow simulation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and clients’ objectives/requirements.
• Conduct integrated airport planning approaches and define planning strategies for airports.
• Perform airport planning studies in line with standards and best practices (market analysis, traffic forecast).
• Analyze airport system capacity and define program requirements.
• Assist architects/master planners on airport functional layout design.
• Assess business plans and investment costs.
• Produce deliverables: studies, notes, reports, presentations.
• Coordinate with clients/partners and liaise with internal/external experts.
• Contribute to the Airport Planning Practice by developing tools/methodologies.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and data.
• Participate in proposal preparations.
