Job summary

The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong invites applications for the position of Executive Officer – School of Business (Ref: EO (SBUS) 2026-10-02). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to taught postgraduate programmes, help establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and manage scholarship schemes.

Occasional travel to Mainland China and other countries may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in higher education.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to taught postgraduate programmes (admissions, programme administration, promotions).
• Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for programme development and engagement.
• Administer scholarship schemes, including applications, selection, and liaison with parties on scholarship matters.
• Travel to Mainland China and other countries occasionally for programme-related activities.
