Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA is partnering to appoint a Product Director who will lead risk and compliance products across multiple markets. You will own the product roadmap, translate regulatory obligations into capabilities, and drive scalable, user-centric technology to support regulatory compliance and business expansion.

This role requires a decade of product leadership in fintech or RegTech, with hands-on delivery across multiple jurisdictions and strong stakeholder management to align business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product management and a track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience building technology products within fintech, payments, digital financial services, banking, RegTech or another regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience translating regulatory, financial crime or risk requirements into product features, workflows and technology solutions.
• Familiarity with customer onboarding, KYC/KYB, AML, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, sanctions screening or regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy: Define vision, roadmap and priorities for risk and compliance products.
• Turn regulation into technology: Translate regulatory obligations into product capabilities and user journeys.
• Build scalable solutions: Create configurable capabilities for different jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive market expansion: Identify gaps and lead enhancements to enter new markets and respond to regulatory change.
• Lead cross-functional delivery: Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations from discovery through launch.
• Make data-driven decisions: Establish product metrics and use insights to guide prioritisation.
