You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear product specs and intuitive user experiences, focusing on market expansion and ongoing compliance while balancing business needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience (fintech, financial services, payments, or digital assets preferred).
• Experience translating regulatory requirements or risk controls into product features.
• Track record delivering products from discovery through launch.
• Strong ability to write product specifications and map user journeys.

We are looking for a Product Manager, Risk & Compliance to design and deliver product features that meet country-specific regulatory requirements and support effective risk controls.

You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. Your focus will be on enabling market expansion and ongoing compliance while balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap for risk and compliance features across different markets.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to understand local requirements and translate them into product features, business rules, and user journeys.
• Assess existing product capabilities and identify changes needed to support market entry and ongoing operations.
• Write clear product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria, including country-specific variations and edge cases.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver features from discovery and scoping through development, testing, and launch.
• Develop scalable product capabilities that accommodate local regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
• Prioritise delivery based on regulatory deadlines, risk, business impact, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate feature validation with Legal, Compliance, and Risk before launch.
• Assess the product impact of regulatory changes and manage the required updates.
• Monitor feature performance, customer feedback, and operational outcomes to identify improvements.
• Communicate priorities, progress, dependencies, and delivery risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, financial services, payments, or digital assets.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements or risk controls into product features.
• A track record of delivering products or features from discovery through launch.
• Strong skills in writing product specifications, mapping user journeys, and defining business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against market-specific timelines.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to discuss product requirements and coordinate feature delivery with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
