Hytech is seeking a Product Director, Risk & Compliance to lead strategy, design, and delivery of product features that support country-specific regulatory requirements and risk controls. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear product capabilities and user experiences.

You will own the roadmap across markets, balancing regulatory obligations with business priorities and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex products or programmes in regulated industries.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into product features for multiple markets.
• Proven ability to define strategy, own roadmaps, and lead cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for risk and compliance capabilities across multiple markets.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to translate regulatory requirements and control objectives into product features, business rules, and user journeys.
• Identify gaps in existing products and prioritise capabilities required for market entry and ongoing operations.
• Establish a scalable product approach that supports country-specific requirements while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
• Lead product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery, ensuring clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex products or programmes in regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience translating regulatory requirements into product features and delivering them across multiple markets.
• Experience defining product strategy, owning roadmaps, and leading cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of how regulatory requirements and risk controls affect product design and customer journeys.
• Ability to work effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment when balancing regulatory needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to lead product discussions and coordinate delivery with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
