Job summary

Hytech seeks a Product Manager, Risk & Compliance to design and deliver features that meet country-specific regulatory requirements and support effective risk controls.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear product specs and intuitive user experiences, focusing on market expansion and ongoing compliance while balancing business needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience (fintech, financial services, payments, or digital assets preferred).
• Experience translating regulatory requirements or risk controls into product features.
• Track record delivering products from discovery through launch.
• Strong ability to write product specifications and map user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap for risk and compliance features across markets.
• Translate local regulatory requirements into product features, business rules, and user journeys.
• Assess existing capabilities and identify changes for market entry and ongoing operations.
• Write clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge case handling.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver features from discovery to launch.
• Develop scalable capabilities to meet local regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
• Prioritise delivery based on regulatory deadlines, risk, and business impact.
• Coordinate feature validation with Legal, Compliance and Risk before launch.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes and manage updates.
• Monitor feature performance and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
