Job summary

奇瑞全球創新(香港)有限公司 seeks an experienced strategy leader to drive the Group's mid-to-long-term roadmap, aligning market intelligence, strategic positioning, and execution blueprints with measurable KPIs.

In this role you will lead annual planning, champion deployment, and translate group objectives into action plans across business units, collaborating with C-suite and senior stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Economics, or other STEM-related fields; interdisciplinary backgrounds preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate business analysis, with a track record at top-tier strategy consulting firms or strategy departments of large enterprises
• Proficient in strategic planning frameworks and methodologies including BLM (Business Leadership Model), Strategy Map, and Pyramid Principle; capable of independently facilitating strategy deployment sessions and workshops
• Solid business acumen and financial modeling skills, with the ability to independently conduct market research, business model design, and investment value assessment
• Excellent structured thinking, logical communication, and cross-functional influence — able to engage effectively with C-suite executives
• Strong English reading and writing proficiency, with the ability to work directly with overseas primary sources and materials
• Deep understanding of AI is a strong plus
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry (preferred)
• Project experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or globalization strategy (preferred)
• Proven experience building a strategic management system from the ground up (0-to-1) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and iteration of the Group's mid-to-long-term strategic roadmap, encompassing market intelligence, strategic positioning, business design, and execution roadmaps
• Drive the annual business planning cycle, including objective setting, key initiative identification, investment modeling, and resource allocation
• Champion strategy deployment and execution — translate group-level strategic objectives into quantifiable KPIs and action plans across business units, and monitor execution variances
• Conduct dedicated research, business case development, and feasibility studies for emerging business directions, delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Facilitate strategic review sessions, codify strategic management methodologies and toolkits, and continuously optimize planning processes and frameworks
