Job summary

HK03 Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an AI Lead to drive Generative and Predictive AI initiatives within the Digital Acceleration Team.

You will translate strategy into a practical AI roadmap, manage cross‑functional stakeholders across regions, and deliver production‑quality AI solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will lead planning, execution and change management, ensuring responsible AI, data privacy, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Predictive AI, including LLMs and modern AI development approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL and cloud environments; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and MLOps practices.
• Proven experience and certifications in Program Management and Agile methodologies.
• Genuine passion for GenAI evolution; curiosity and hands-on mindset to explore and implement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and driving ideas to impact.
• Change management or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, timelines and resources.
• Translate AI strategy into a focused roadmap of Predictive and Generative AI use cases.
• Engage stakeholders; align business, data and technology teams across regions.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure data privacy and responsible AI.
• Manage changes to scope or timelines and support adoption of AI solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on progress, milestones and risks.
• Stay current with AI tech to test ideas and scale valuable approaches.
• Track and realize benefits aligned with business objectives.
