Job summary

Gleneagles in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and referral channels, and to manage external partners such as insurers, corporate clients, doctors and intermediaries.

You will coordinate partnership agreements, drive growth through partner expansion and new account development, monitor market trends, and support corporate outreach activities like health talks and wellness programs for partners and

Qualifications

Degree in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
Experience in business development, customer service, account servicing or operational support is advantageous.
Exposure to healthcare or insurance industry is advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, partnerships and referral channels.
Manage and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g. insurers, corporate clients, doctors, intermediaries).
Assist in coordinating partnership agreements, corporate programmes and joint initiatives.
Drive business growth through partner expansion and new account development.
Monitor market trends and competitor movements; identify potential collaboration opportunities.
Plan, coordinate and support corporate outreach activities such as health talks, seminars and wellness programs for partners and clients.
