Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager in Hong Kong to monitor and manage the bank's operational risk and to strengthen risk controls across the business.

You will develop and implement risk policies, review risk data, prepare reports for senior management, and ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations. Strong analytical and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years or above experience in operational risk management in banking / financial institution
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and practices related to operational risk management in banking / financial institutions
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the operational risk of business
• Develop, review and implement operational risk management policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and company practices
• Identify the risk and analyze the risk profile, prepare reports for senior management review
• Implement operational risk reporting system and maintain database
• Responsible for business risk management and internal operation control
• Perform the work related to credit risk management
