Mighty Oaks Foundation Limited is seeking a Manager (Marketing, Partnerships & Fundraising) to shape our marketing and communications direction, build relationships with donors and partners, and support income growth. You will work with the CEO to set strategy and lead its execution across campaigns, media, and events.

You will develop partnerships with corporates, international schools, and foundations, manage the donor pipeline, and help implement a new CRM system.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• At least five years' experience across marketing, communications, partnerships or fundraising.
• Proven track record meeting income targets.
• Experience managing corporate partnerships and donor relations.
• Strong written English and Chinese, with media/PR skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan.
• Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, schools, foundations and funders.
• Lead fundraising and donor engagement, manage the donor pipeline and CRM.
• Organise fundraising events and oversee the events calendar.
• Manage Assistant Manager, Marketing & Events and budgets; establish KPIs and reporting.
• Uphold safeguarding standards for beneficiaries and staff.
