Job summary

One Recruitment Limited represents an international law firm hiring a Marketing & Business Development Assistant in Hong Kong. You will support capability statements, tenders, market research, BD protocols, events, sponsorships and translations for BD initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of marketing/BD experience in professional services or finance, with strong English and Chinese writing, good time management, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 1 year experience in marketing/ business development within private practice/ accounting firms or commercial/ banking

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of capability statements and tenders, such as lawyers' CVs and deal lists
• Assist in market research, analysis and marketing monitoring
• Develop and maintain business development protocols, databases and systems
• Liaise with team members and other key shared services personnel to help drive BD initiatives
• Organize meetings with partners, legal staff and marketing & BD team members
• Assist with sponsorships and industry association relationships
• Assist with translation requirements for BD initiative, provide on site support in events planning and logisitcs
• Draft legal directories and award submissions
• Support on e-publications and channels, webinars, seminars and major client functions
