We are partnering with a global law firm on their candidate identification for a Business Development Associate position. Collaborating closely with the headquarter, the incumbent will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, marketing activities and overseeing events coordination.
Central
Bilingual marketing materials: Support the creation, proofreading and formatting of bilingual pitches, presentations and client‑facing collateral.
Awards & directories: Coordinate submissions for legal directories and industry awards, including collecting deal details and lawyers’ inputs.
Content & communications: Assist with press releases, articles, thought‑leadership pieces and internal communications.
Events & client engagement: Support webinars, seminars and client events, from RSVP handling to logistics and attendance tracking.
Digital & social media: Help update the firm’s website and draft content for LinkedIn and other social channels.
Research & market intelligence: Conduct research on clients, competitors and market trends, and prepare briefing notes for meetings and networking.
1–3 years’ experience iinmarketing,eventsmanagement,businessdevelopmentfunctiongainedwithinlawfirmorotherprofessional/financialservicingindustries.
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism or a related discipline.
Excellent written skills in both English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin a plus).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or advanced PowerPoint is an advantage.
