Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb in Hong Kong and Macau seeks a Market Access Manager to drive pricing and access strategies across both markets. You will interact with health authorities, support HTA and budget impact analyses, and shape patient access programs while aligning with regional and global teams.

Strong stakeholder engagement and bilingual communication are essential, with 3+ years in pharma and experience in HK/Macau reimbursement or pricing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience dealing with the Hospital Authority, private hospitals/healthcare practitioners, insurers, and/or pricing and reimbursement systems in HK/Macau.
• Minimum 1 year in market access, HTA, or budget impact modelling.
• Oncology/Hematology experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin and/or Portuguese advantageous for Macau.

Responsibilities

• Maximize BMS's value through building relationships with key stakeholders across HK and Macau (HA, private hospitals, insurers, patient groups).
• Develop business cases with rationale, patient forecast model, accurate sales forecast, and an execution plan for internal approvals.
• Develop and implement strategic pricing and reimbursement strategies for HK and Macau's healthcare structures.
• Prepare Health Technology Assessments and Budget Impact analyses and submissions for relevant funds and authorities.
• Lead Patient Support Programs, monitor pricing/regulatory developments, and communicate risks/opportunities to global/local teams.
