Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Market Access Manager to lead pricing, reimbursement and access strategy across Hong Kong and Macau. The role links the company with external healthcare stakeholders to ensure medicines reach patients in both markets.

You will navigate two healthcare systems, collaborating with regional and global Market Access teams to shape internal strategies and drive launches across Oncology, Hematology and other areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to pricing, reimbursement, or access strategies in HK and/or Macau.
• HTA/budget impact modelling experience.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Design pricing and reimbursement strategies for oncology, hematology, immunology, and other areas.
• Lead HTA submissions and budget impact analyses; support subsidy programmes and formulary pathways.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align market access plans with product launches.
• Oversee patient support program design and compliance across both markets.
• Monitor pricing, access and regulatory developments and advise on risks and opportunities.
