Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Market Access Manager for Hong Kong and Macau to drive pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies across public and private healthcare systems.

You will manage interactions with health authorities, hospitals, insurers, and patient groups, ensuring the value proposition of BMS products is embedded in external engagements. This role works with regional/global Market Access teams to align on strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience dealing with the Hospital Authority (HA), private hospitals/healthcare practitioners, insurers, and/or pricing and reimbursement systems in Hong Kong and/or Macau.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin and/or Portuguese an advantage for Macau.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maximize BMS's value story through relationships with external stakeholders across Hong Kong and Macau, including Hospital Authority, private hospitals, insurers, and patient groups.
• Develop business cases with justifiable rationale, patient forecast model, accurate sales forecast, and execution plan for internal reviews.
• Develop and implement strategic pricing and reimbursement strategies for Oncology, Hematology, and Immunology in HK and Macau.
• Prepare Health Technology Assessments, Budget Impact analyses, and data for submission dossiers for Samaritan Fund/CCF in HK and Macau.
• Lead PSPs across HK and Macau to ensure compliant programs delivering patient value and improved access.
• Monitor local pricing/access/regulatory developments and communicate risks/opportunities to global and local stakeholders.
