KOS International Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Planning in Hong Kong. You will sit at the heart of luxury fashion, turning seasonal buy decisions into floor-ready plans, collaborating with product, commercial and supply chain teams.
You will own the sales plan for ready-to-wear and footwear, drive inventory decisions, and produce senior reports. The role demands strong Excel, SAP/Power BI skills and a confident presence with HQ.
A rare opening has come up with one of the world's most iconic luxury fashion houses, and we're helping them find their next sales planning talent.
This isn't a back-office forecasting job. You'll sit at the heart of the business - between product, commercial and supply chain - turning seasonal buy decisions into plans that actually work on the shop floor.
Own the sales plan and forecast for ready-to-wear and footwear - building it, defending it, and sharpening it as the season unfolds
Drive OTB and inventory decisions so the right stock lands in the right stores at the right time - protecting both sell-through and full-price margin
Work SKU by SKU on seasonal and carryover performance, flagging risks early and recommending action
Partner with merchandising, finance, distribution and retail to keep everyone working off the same numbers
Handle new launch planning and allocation, so key product moments land properly
Run the numbers and turn them into clear, senior-ready reporting - dashboards, business reviews, and weekly alignment with HQ
Present to senior management regularly. This role has real face-time, so confidence in the room matters
Around 4-6 years in sales planning, demand planning, merchandise planning or business analysis - ideally in luxury or premium fashion
Solid hands-on OTB experience and comfort owning a forecast
Exposure to showroom or seasonal buying sessions would be a strong advantage
Ready-to-wear and/or footwear background preferred, though strong planners from adjacent luxury categories will be considered
Strong Excel is a given; SAP and Power BI experience is important
A confident presenter - someone who can hold their own with HQ and senior stakeholders
Fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
Based in, or able to work in, Hong Kong
Join a brand with genuine global prestige and a strong regional footprint
High exposure to senior leadership and HQ from day one
Clear progression path within a large luxury group
Competitive package plus bonus, aligned to experience
