Vocational Training Council (VTC) invites applications for the post of Director of Continuing and Professional Education Office. The role oversees CPEO, PEAK, IVDC, SHAPE and the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Academy, guiding strategy and programme quality to meet industry needs.

The senior leadership position requires a strong track record in change management, market insights and cross‑functional collaboration with industry and academic units in both English and Chinese contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and operations across CPEO, PEAK, IVDC and SHAPE and HKIPA.
• Formulate and review CPE framework, policies and guidelines for industry‑oriented CPE programmes.
