Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Hong Kong is seeking a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Financial Services sector. You will work with mid to senior candidates and clients across banking, asset management, insurance, fintech, and professional services to drive business success and meaningful professional relationships.

You will build client relationships, conduct headhunting, map talent, and guide candidates through career development while staying informed on market trends and regulatory shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a recruitment agency environment.
• FS sector experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationships: build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients across FS sector.
• Headhunting & Talent Mapping: source passive candidates using direct sourcing and market intelligence.
• Candidate Management: nurture relationships with candidates across front-, middle-, and back-office roles.
• Market Expertise: stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Career Guidance: provide market insights to help candidates navigate their careers.
