• Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, business planning, analytics or investment management.
• Competency to carry out regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate annual business plan with product owners and channels to grow investment business performance.
• Handle annual budget targets and track performance regularly.
• Present analytics to management to evaluate product performance and customer behavior.
• Prepare business performance dashboards and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Prepare presentations for senior leaders and external parties such as media.
• Participate in strategic projects to grow investment business.
