Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• 4 years of relevant experience in financial or commercial banking preferred, with 2 years in strategy planning or consultancy.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial budgets, estimates and forecasts for the department and suggest allocation of resources to fulfill strategies.
• Regularly review and assess business performance of units and the department; assist in preparing analytical reports and provide recommendations to Senior Management to optimize performance.
• Assist Senior Management in formulating business KPIs and deploying them to business units for implementation.
• Conduct environmental and variance analyses to formulate long-term development strategies.
