Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR leadership/senior management.
Experience in medium-to-large enterprises or corporate groups is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology or related majors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute overall HR strategies, annual HR work plans and budgets.
Formulate recruitment strategies and ensure timely talent supply.
Optimize onboarding, job rotation and promotion mechanisms.
Design and iterate performance appraisal systems and link results to salary and training.
Establish and optimize compensation and benefits systems with regular benchmarking.
Manage employee benefits programs and labor relations in compliance with laws.
Prepare HR analytics reports for senior management.
