Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced strategist to plan and execute comprehensive agency recruitment programs and events. You will collaborate with internal and external units to shape business strategy, organize agency meetings, and build strong relationships with agency leaders to accelerate recruitment and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines is required.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with agency recruitment or agency management exposure.
• Proactive, detail-minded and adaptable to changes in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• Solid project management, problem solving & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and execute comprehensive agency recruitment programs, incentives, events, and promotion campaigns.
• Drive development of business strategy in collaboration with internal and external units.
• Organize regular meetings with agency force and internal parties to gather feedback and monitor progress.
• Build relationships with key agency leaders to accelerate recruitment and business; provide timely support.
• Handle inquiries from agencies with timely and accurate information.
• Organize recruitment seminars, events, and promotional campaigns across locations including Mainland China.
• Oversee logistics of programs ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
• Manage relationships with production houses and vendors for high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor program progress with detailed reports and data analysis; manage expenses; coach junior team members.
