Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a strategic professional to support the Strategy & Transformation Team, including the CEO Office, in developing strategy, driving transformation, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across AIA Hong Kong & Macau.

The role focuses on delivering customer-centric insights, shaping growth opportunities, and enabling data-driven decisions at executive level, with collaboration across functions within a leading insurer.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional work and manage senior stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights and thought leadership on market developments and implications for AIAHK.
• Shape potential new growth engines and strategic opportunities beyond AIAHK’s existing core business.
• Analyse and evaluate strategic opportunities/partnerships; co-create go-to-market strategies with stakeholders.
• Assist the development of strategic and financial cases for new initiatives.
• Support the development of the annual strategic plans for AIAHK.
• Coordinate CEO Office priorities and follow-up across ExCo, CSRM, MBR/QBR and other meetings.
• Support Transformation Office and governance, ensuring alignment of priorities and execution.
• Develop structured performance tracking, executive reporting, and cross-functional delivery for timely decisions.
