Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth across Credit Risk and Fraud & Identity solutions. This hunter role focuses on new business acquisition and cross-sell opportunities within the BFSI and Fintech sectors.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and senior stakeholder engagement through to solution positioning, negotiation and closure, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in Credit Risk, Fraud & Identity, or related risk solutions.
• Deep understanding of BFSI and Fintech environments and their risk challenges.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to generate new revenue.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation.
• Identify greenfield opportunities and account expansion.
• Position solutions based on ROI and business value.
• Coordinate with regional teams to support complex deals.
• Gather market intelligence to refine client messaging.
• Travel for client meetings and industry events.
