Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Approximately 15 years of experience within investment operations, fund operations, asset management, alternative investments, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, operational controls, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with external service providers (fund administrators, custodians, auditors, etc.).
• Knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements in investment management.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements, operational transformation, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment operations activities, ensuring accurate execution, strong controls, and seamless support across investment products and portfolios.
• Manage operational processes related to investment vehicles, transaction activities, asset servicing, and portfolio administration.
• Prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards, performance analysis, and operational updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams, fund service partners, custodians, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve controls, and leverage technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Strengthen operational governance with robust controls and risk monitoring.
• Support adherence to internal governance standards and industry regulations.
• Lead strategic projects such as new investment launches and platform enhancements.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensure coverage and service delivery standards.
