Job summary

CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to lead monthly, interim and annual financial reporting, and oversee consolidations, budgeting and forecasting for management, stakeholders and auditors.

The role will coordinate with various finance teams and external parties, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years or above relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight schedule.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience in auditing HK/ PRC listed companies; familiar with HK listing rules and HKFRSs will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, interim and annual financial reports for management, stakeholders and auditors.
• Consolidations of financial statements, management reports, variance analysis budgeting and forecasting in accordance to accounting standards.
• Preparing different kind of schedules, breakdowns meeting with management functions.
• Overview and ensure relevant and sufficient supporting documents in accordance to accounting and internal control standards.
• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow modelling and transaction DD work.
• Co-ordinating with client, different finance teams and professional parties.
• Perform any Ad hoc projects as assigned.
