Job summary

Prive Services Singapore Private Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager (FP&A/Management Reporting) to lead the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs. You will analyse performance, build financial models, budgets and forecasts, and provide commentary for the Head of Finance/CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or diploma-level degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, budgeting, reporting or performance analysis experience.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial statements and reporting processes.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling; able to handle large datasets accurately.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to streamline workflows is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs with clear analysis and KPIs.
• Analyse group financial information, investigate variances and explain results.
• Build models, budgets and forecasts; compare actuals to budget and forecast.
• Summarise revenue, costs and margins; prepare board-ready materials.
• Provide commentary for management and CFO review and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate planning inputs across overseas offices and internal teams.
• Drive improvements using AI and automation while safeguarding confidential data.
