Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Architect to lead the design and evolution of the organisation's enterprise-wide Data, AI and Analytics architecture. This strategic role partners with senior stakeholders and technology leadership to define the enterprise data and AI roadmap, architecture standards and technology direction across data platforms, governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, AI Architecture or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern Data & AI technologies and architecture patterns.
• Hands-on understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar.
• Strong understanding of data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, ETL/ELT and data integration.
• Experience with AI/ML architecture incl. Generative AI, LLM, RAG.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise Data & AI architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable and secure enterprise data architecture across data platforms and integration frameworks.
• Develop architecture for AI/ML solutions including Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Establish enterprise standards for data architecture, AI, integration, security and governance.
• Lead architecture and design of Data & AI platforms and solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Data Science, Software Eng, Cloud, Security and Infra teams.
• Translate business challenges into data & AI solutions and drive adoption of data-driven decision making.
• Establish frameworks for data quality, governance, metadata, master data and security.
• Define architecture patterns and best practices for Generative AI, APIs and analytics.
