Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Architect to lead the design and evolution of the organisation's enterprise-wide Data, AI and Analytics architecture. This strategic role partners with senior stakeholders and technology leadership to define the enterprise data and AI roadmap, architecture standards and technology direction across data platforms, governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, AI Architecture or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern Data & AI technologies and architecture patterns.
• Hands-on understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar.
• Strong understanding of data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, ETL/ELT and data integration.
• Experience with AI/ML architecture incl. Generative AI, LLM, RAG.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise Data & AI architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable and secure enterprise data architecture across data platforms and integration frameworks.
• Develop architecture for AI/ML solutions including Generative AI and LLM applications.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Architect to lead the design and evolution of the organisation’s enterprise-wide Data, AI and Analytics architecture.

This is a strategic architecture role working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology leadership, data teams and engineering teams to define the enterprise data and AI roadmap, architecture standards and technology direction.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling the organisation to leverage data, AI and emerging technologies to drive business transformation, operational efficiency and new digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise Data & AI architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business and technology objectives.
• Design scalable and secure enterprise data architecture, including data platforms, data lakes/lakehouses, data warehouses and data integration frameworks.
• Develop architecture for AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLM applications, machine learning platforms and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Establish enterprise standards and principles for data architecture, AI architecture, integration, security and governance.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms and vendors across Data and AI.
• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-wide Data & AI platforms and solutions.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data and AI solutions.
• Drive the adoption of AI and data-driven decision making across different business functions.
• Establish frameworks for data quality, data governance, metadata, master data and data security.
• Define architecture patterns and best practices for Generative AI, APIs, data integration and analytics.
• Ensure Data & AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, security, compliance and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance across multiple large-scale transformation projects.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, AI Architecture, Data Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data architecture and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern Data & AI technologies and architecture patterns.
• Hands‑on understanding of Cloud platforms, preferably Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Strong experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, ETL/ELT and data integration.
• Experience with AI/ML architecture, preferably including Generative AI, LLM, RAG and AI application architecture.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data security, privacy and compliance.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with C-level / senior management and technical teams.
• Strong architectural thinking, problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing Generative AI / LLM solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with MLOps / AI platforms and productionising AI solutions.
• Experience with API architecture, microservices and cloud‑native technologies.
• Experience in data governance and regulatory requirements within a large enterprise environment.
• Experience leading architecture initiatives across multiple business units or geographical regions.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Data, AI or Enterprise Architecture.
