Global Sources in Hong Kong is seeking a senior Market Intelligence lead to deliver practical, decision-ready outputs across core product segments and annual plans. You will design and run customer insights programs, synthesize market developments, and provide governance for overseas shows.

The role requires leading complex research, managing senior stakeholders, and guiding cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
6-8 years’ relevant experience in market intelligence, customer insights, strategic research, consulting, business analysis, or B2B analytics.
Experience leading complex research programmes and guiding cross-functional decision-making.

Responsabilités

Lead, plan, develop and deliver recurring market intelligence reports for priority product segments.
Translate strategy and priorities into an annual output plan.
Develop and run customer insights programmes with tracker updates and clear leadership recommendations.
Lead surveys, interviews, and focus groups for Hong Kong shows; govern questionnaire direction and reporting.
Own the design, structure, and quality standards of all Market Intelligence materials.
Manage ad hoc market research studies and requests.
