Job summary

Amicorp Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to guide clients on corporate structures, governance and related services. You will manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services while identifying new business through referrals.

The role requires strong English, commercial acumen and leadership potential, with 4+ years in corporate/financial services. HK-based, on-site; multilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant corporate services or financial services experience.
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR and international regulations.
• Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of clients and guide on corporate services setup and administration.
• Analyze regulations and documents related to clients' legal and fiscal opportunities.
• Grow business through existing clients and referrals.
• Administer client entities and ensure governance compliance.
• Prepare minutes, proxies, and attendance lists; coordinate taxes, accounting and banking matters.
