Job summary

Alibaba Cloud in Hong Kong seeks a Technical Account Manager to monitor and resolve complex technical issues for key customers, coordinating with support engineers and delivering rapid incident response and risk assessments.

You will design proactive monitoring, assist customers with cloud-native architectures, optimization plans, and end-to-end workload migrations, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction across multi-project engagements.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in solution design, architecture, backend development, delivery, or operations.
• Hands-on experience developing or operating large-scale cloud-based applications.
• Technical background in cloud-native technologies, big data, databases, networking, and middleware.
• Masters the underlying architecture of core products within the supported business lines.
• Strong service orientation with a focus on resolving customer issues end-to-end.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior client executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical issue resolution and rapid support for customers.
• Design architecture monitoring and proactive cloud optimization aligned with customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end assessments and risk alerts for critical pathways.
• Assist customers in migrating workloads to the cloud with best practices.
• Support customers during peak events with architecture reviews and on-site assistance.
