Job summary

Ambition, a fast-growing asset management firm in Hong Kong, seeks a Client Advisor / Business Development Manager to join the expanding team. Lead new business development and manage client relationships across wealth and institutional segments, translating needs into compelling proposals and funding strategies.

You will source prospects, run a disciplined sales process, and coordinate with portfolio managers to structure solutions that meet client objectives while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales in financial services.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source new prospects through outreach, referrals, intermediaries, and targeted networking in wealth and institutional spaces.
• Run a disciplined sales process from lead generation to mandate win, including qualification, needs discovery, solution pitching, objection handling, and closing.
• Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline, and asset gathering targets as agreed with management.
• Lead sales meetings, roadshows, and presentations to articulate the firm’s value proposition and differentiate offerings.
