Osmium Consulting Group Limited is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Manager in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients including EAMs and family offices. You will validate complex documents, perform AML/KYC checks, and guide clients through regulatory requirements with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant disciplines.
• 8+ years in Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, or Compliance Operations—ideally within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Prime Brokerage.
• Deep understanding of institutional client types (EAMs, Family Offices) and their specific regulatory nuances.
• Proficient in local/regional AML/KYC standards, Sanctions/PEP screening, and FATCA/CRS requirements.
• A solid grasp of how Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, and FX trade flows influence account setup and custody requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM, KYC platforms, and document management systems; interest in improving digital onboarding workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for EAMs, Family Offices, and Type 1/9 licensees.
• Manage the collection and validation of complex entity documentation, ownership charts, and mandates.
• Conduct comprehensive AML/KYC checks, including PEP/Sanctions screening and SoW assessments.
• Collect and validate tax documentation (e.g., W-8/W-9, CRS, FATCA forms).
• Coordinate with custodians to manage account linking and paperwork; provide expert guidance on client structures.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to design and automate onboarding workflows and client-structure modules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries, translating regulatory requirements into actionable steps for clients.
