Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong is looking for a university graduate with strong English and Putonghua to join a high-impact client-focused team. You will work toward achieving individual targets while contributing to the bank's broader goals.

You will identify prospects, formulate account plans, structure credit facilities, and execute a broad suite of banking services, including trade, cash management and treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• University graduate required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience serving business / corporate clients.
• Experience servicing international businesses in cross-border contexts is a plus.
• Good command of English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets and contribute to team deliverables by generating new business in line with the Bank's appetite.
• Strategically formulate account plans and provide clients with needs-based solutions and suitable credit facilities.
• Proactively build trusted client relationships and manage a growing portfolio.
• Market and sell a broad range of banking products including trade services, cash management, treasury and investment.
• Implement the business plan to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Generate ideas for customer acquisition and product/service improvements.
• Provide feedback to leaders on customer needs and drive process improvements for new products.
• Maintain high professionalism in client engagement and stakeholder management, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
