Page Executive is helping a well-established Hong Kong listed manufacturing group to appoint a seasoned CFO. The role leads the finance function, shapes the financial strategy, oversees planning, budgeting and forecasting, and drives ERP implementation and the design of a solid SSC model.
You will manage cash flow and financial risk, develop a high-performing team, report to the board, and collaborate with stakeholders to unlock international growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- Qualified accountant designation essential.
- Minimum 30 years progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Manufacturing sector experience required.
- Big 4 background is a plus.
- Strong ERP implementation experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy for sustainable growth.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Lead ERP system implementation and enhancements.
- Develop a robust SSC model.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Manage cash flow, investments and financial risk.
- Lead and develop the finance team and report to the board.
