Page Executive is seeking a high-calibre CFO for a well-established pharmaceutical organisation. The role focuses on developing financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with travel between Hong Kong and China.

The successful candidate will bring 15–20 years in finance, a CPA/HKICPA, and deep knowledge of HK Listing rules, enabling strategic conversations with investors and the board. Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA/CPA) preferred.
• 15–20 years of total work experience in finance.
• Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare sectors is required.
• Experience in HK-listed organisations and familiarity with HK Listing rules is essential.
• Combination of strong financial operations experience and capital market exposure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Languages: English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
• Open to travel between Hong Kong and China.
