Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a senior CFO for a well established pharmaceutical-focused organisation. The role will drive financial strategy, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure HK Listing compliance while engaging with investors and lenders.

You will guide the finance team, manage capital markets interactions, and provide strategic insights to the executive team in a fast-growing environment. Travel between Hong Kong and China is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA/CPAA/AICPA etc).
• 15–20 years total working experience.
• Big 4 background is a plus.
• Pharma, life science or healthcare sector knowledge.
• Experience in HK listed organisations and HK Listing rules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Languages: English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
• Open to travel between Hong Kong and China.
