You will collaborate with the Board and senior leaders to drive the Vision, Mission and Values, develop programs, and guide fundraising and communications efforts, strengthening the organization’s impact in the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational values of collaboration and consensus are upheld personally and fostered within the culture.
• Present operational plans for organization impact and gain Board approval to carry out the Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Collaborate with the Board to ensure dynamic communication and alignment between staff and Board on priorities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure long‑term organizational success.
• Apply innovative thinking and performance measurements to support strategic decision‑making.
