Ambition is seeking a Business Analyst (Corporate Communications & Workshop) to drive strategic initiatives, facilitate interactive workshops, and align corporate communities around clear roadmaps.

You will shape executive-level materials, translate complex business insights into polished messaging, and partner with leadership to deliver high-impact communication programs across the organization. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, change management, corporate strategy, or strategic communications.
• Exceptional facilitation skills with hands-on workshop experience.
• Understanding of finance, corporate operations, or enterprise functions.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into executive-ready decks and plans.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation: Plan, organize, and lead structured workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and drive strategy.
• Communication Strategy: Shape high-level future communication strategies and roadmaps to engage corporate business communities effectively.
• Material Preparation: Design and create high-quality, polished presentation materials, strategy decks, and executive frameworks.
• Business & Community Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between leadership and corporate functions, translating complex business insights into clear, actionable messaging.
