Job summary

Leapworks Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to work directly with top management on the formulation and execution of new business strategies and group-wide initiatives. This role represents a pivot from financial reporting into strategic development within the conglomerate.

The role involves analyzing group- and entity-level financial data, researching macro trends, and collaborating with unit leaders to shape growth strategies. Strong English and Chinese skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from Big 4 Assurance / Advisory / management consulting.
• Strong business acumen, financial and analytical grounding.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to address a senior audience.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
