Job summary

ST ENGINEERING Enterprise Digital PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across projects.

You will run stakeholder workshops, develop user stories, manage change requests, support UAT, and ensure clear communication and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. CBAP is preferred; strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in an IT/technology-driven role.
• At least one full software or product development cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Business Analysis certification is preferred, e.g., CBAP.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and analysis.
• Conducting meetings/clarification workshops with customer.
• Managing stakeholder communications.
• Develop user stories/business case/mockups.
• Conduct review meeting with customer and sign off requirements.
• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and industry data.
• Discuss with tech team on end-to-end solution, evaluate and recommend suitable technology.
• Requirements management.
• Monitoring project progress and log change requests.
• Helping business users in completing UAT.
• Maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
• Identifying specific business opportunities and influencing shareholders to support business projects.
