Job summary

Cyberport Hong Kong seeks an experienced Manager to lead blockchain and digital asset programmes, coordinating with regulators, financial institutions and tech partners to test and validate use cases, including tokenisation and payments.

The role reports to the Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset and focuses on governance, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project delivery in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fintech, digital assets, regulation or public-sector projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in PM/fintech/blockchain is a plus.
• Strong project and programme management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management of blockchain and digital asset programmes and pilots.
• Coordinate with regulators, banks, asset managers and ecosystem partners.
• Lead participant sourcing, onboarding, eligibility checks and records.
• Facilitate use-case development and business matching workshops.
• Monitor governance, budgets, risks and deliver management reports.
