Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Sales Executive (B2B) for a listed client in the building materials sector. You will oversee business development, customer engagement, sales coordination, and market outreach to build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

The role focuses on developing B2B corporate clients in construction and building materials, driving promotions, negotiations, contracts, and order follow-up to meet sales targets while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any major.
• 2–4 years of formal B2B sales experience, preferably in construction/building materials.
• Outgoing, proactive and resilient mindset with strong market sensitivity.
• Willing to attend business dinners and corporate events to support development.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B corporate clients in construction, engineering and building materials.
• Promote products, negotiate with clients, prepare quotations and follow-up on contracts.
• Build long-term client relationships and track needs and after-sales feedback.
• Participate in industry events and expand industry connections.
• Assist with routine sales data sorting and simple report submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and order processing.
