Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Pricing Lead to drive pricing for strategic opportunities, tenders and key accounts. You will analyze market trends, trade lane developments, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to craft commercially viable, profitable solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Logistics or Supply Chain, at least 5 years in Airfreight Pricing/Tender Management, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Airfreight Pricing/Tender Management/Product Management in international freight forwarding.
• Experience supporting strategic RFQs and pricing initiatives across multiple trade lanes.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of airfreight market dynamics.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex customer requirements and price data.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis, modelling, validation, and scenario planning.
• Ability to absorb large volumes and translate findings into practical commercial solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
