Job summary

Century Distribution Systems, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to translate C-Suite priorities into AI-enabled solutions and to build the company-wide AI operating model. You will partner with engineering, IT, HR, and legal to govern AI use and to drive adoption across geographies.

You will own the portfolio, drive high-ROI use cases, and deliver measurable outcomes in time, cost, and quality while coaching executives in new AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years in consulting, operations, transformation, product, or solutions engineering, including AI deployment in a business setting
• Experience leading or contributing to an AI/transformation program from design through implementation
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented workflows
• Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools to build or prototype independently
• Strong product management skills: prioritization, requirements, roadmap and schedule management

• Turn C-Suite priorities into AI-enabled solutions.
• Build the AI operating model and governance across the organization.
• Build and manage the enterprise AI portfolio across functions and geographies
• Identify and prioritize high-ROI use cases across operations, customer delivery, finance and HR
• Translate priority use cases into product requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans
