Job summary

KOS International Limited is advising a client in the financial services sector to appoint a senior leader for AI & Advanced Data Analytics. The Lead will drive end-to-end AI product development, oversee strategy, solution engineering and adoption across the organization, and partner with senior AI leadership to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on ML/AI experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese to align stakeholders and build

Qualifications

Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
10+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end development of ML/AI products.
Strong leadership and people-management experience.
Hands-on leader with organization skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization and agile product development.
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Guide multidisciplinary teams and translate priorities into delivery plans.
Shape strategy, solution engineering and AI product development with focus on business value.
Align stakeholders around high-impact initiatives and ensure adoption and reliable operations.
Oversee end-to-end development journey from problem definition to deployment and improvement.
Advise senior stakeholders on AI investments and use-case value.
