KOS International Talent Group is representing a prestigious financial services client in seeking a senior data science and AI leader. The role focuses on turning analytics, ML and generative AI into measurable business outcomes and scalable enterprise solutions.

Reporting to the AI leadership, you will guide cross-functional teams, translate priorities into a practical roadmap, ensure adoption and reliable operations, and advise senior stakeholders on AI investments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 10+ years hands-on end-to-end development of ML/AI products and services.
• High level leadership and experience deploying ML solutions.
• Hands-on leader with team-building, attention to detail and strong communication.
• Experience with predictive analytics, ML, optimization and agile product development.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

• Guide multidisciplinary teams and translate enterprise priorities into a focused delivery agenda.
• Translate business priorities into a practical roadmap for data science, analytics and AI.
• Align stakeholders around high-impact initiatives and build a culture focused on delivery and value.
• Oversee end-to-end development from problem definition through deployment and improvement.
• Advise senior stakeholders on use cases, trade-offs and the value of AI investments.
