Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with demonstrated buy-side and sell-side execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure, and recommend financial and strategic alternatives.
• Lead day-to-day transaction execution: due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
• Conduct research of targeted industries for investment purposes.
